issue with installation of Mathcad prime 6 student edition

I am installing Mathcad Prime 6 on Windows 7 computer.
I download pim_installmgr_mathcad_6V2.exe and run it.
I get to the step where directory selection is, but it does not show any application that I can select and does not let me go to next step.
List of applications is empty.
What should I do to fix the problem and continue installation?

Hi @AD_9801838,

Verify that you have complete admin privilege's over the system 

Also, run pim_installmgr_mathcad_6V2.exe as administrator
