3D Plotting Problem in Mathcad 14

I could not get a 3D plot of the function
F9(x,y) in the attached file, whereas in Mathcad 13 the same file (but saved as file type mcd) works fine. I also tried a simple sin(x)+cos(x) function and had the same result.

The originator can delete his own message:
