I created a user account, but when I try to install PTC Mathcad Express Prime 9.0.0.0, I receive this message: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type." How can I resolve this?

I am a student  and ordered Mathcad Prime 12 Student Edition. I verified that my credit union account was charged. I followed all of the linked steps in the email I received and got an error message: Access denied - Insufficient Privileges Our records indicate that your company does not have a current PTC Global Support agreement I have phoned and emailed Cleverbridge and have not had any luck in getting them to fix this issue. They incorrectly believe I have a billing problem which I do not! I am unable to speak to anyone at PTC about this because of the logic of your automated phone answering service.

Experts, I am exploring how to leverage the Mathcad COM API to automate for different  workflows:For already existing worksheets how can I start accessing worksheet content and extracting variables and their calculated values for further processing or integration with other applications (this can be any application). Also, Is it possible to generate Mathcad worksheets and reports from scratch using the API, including creating and populating both text and mathematical regions through code?I would appreciate any recommendations, workarounds, or alternative approaches for achieving these automation requirements using the Mathcad COM API or other available methods.

Hello, After many years not using Mathcad, I wanted to load my old datasheet developed in Mathcad 15. I have set up the free version just to have a sense of “Whao.. I like it” but it turns that the converter is not working: no license but I have a license for 30days no?Please Is there someone to help? I would like to see if the Prime (mathcad12.0) fits my new needs. thanks!John

I have been using mathcad prime on my computer for engineering. Starting about a week ago, whenever I try to open the app, it opens a webpage to download the free trial. I have tried upgrading the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, neither of these have worked. The app still shows on the bottom bar but will not actually display the window. I am running matched for windows. What should I do?

Hello Team, We recently migrated our current Mathcad license server. Due to the configuration changes associated with the migration, the existing license is no longer working. Could you please support us in issuing a new license file? Also, please let me know if I need to raise any request or provide any additional information for the same.

I try to activate trial license, it says that it is activated, but next startup, it opens the browser again and the disclaimer on the sheet is still present. The button Activate is still present. How can we test the full version without license prompts?The convertor MCD to MCDX also mentioned, no license

I am trying to re-install my MathCad 14 software on a new workstation, but keep getting a server error message. Can you please help. I did see where it was solved a few years ago for someone else.

I am using PTC Mathcad Prime 12.0.0.0 (Academic). Whenever I change a result’s displayed unit, the calculation region turns grey and dependent expressions stop evaluating. Automatic calculation is enabled, but the AUTO indicator remains orange.Simple example: Define d := 3 mm Define a := d³ · π and evaluate it. Change the result unit from L to mm³. The result displays approximately 84.823 mm³, but the region stays grey and a subsequent evaluation of a shows “?”. Recalculating the worksheet does not resolve the issue.

Hi, I am trying to solve an ODE to model a “Ball and Cone” tuned mass damper. The equations simulate a ball mounted inside a pair of cones with mass on top. The ball oscillates up and down an inclined slope with a curved region at the apex between the up/down slopes. I am using Radau solver as it is a stiff equation. Adams/BDF “does not converge”. The 1st solve block uses a simplified simulation for base excitation of the TMD. Using Radau with modest levels of damping the first solve block result gives a discontinuous response which should not happen given the inclined slope is a tangent to the curved section at the apex. Any ideas how I can correct this discontinuity would be appreciated.I tried using sigmoid transition functions (2nd solve block) for the step between inclined slope and radius but this gives a large number error.The 3rd solve block includes an extra degree of freedom to simulate the tower on which the damper is mounted, which is the aim of the program. I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeM005 Invalid host I'm trying to move my old mathcad 15.0 license to my home computer. I get Flexnet licensing error -9,57. I've tried generating licenses with both the ethernet mac and the wifi mac. I tried putting the laptop on ethernet and verifying that port was active with the matching license file.
