The data set in cause is purely demonstrative and the matter is not a bivariate fit, simply an export of the data set meshed finer
Conclusion: The project is linterp, Why ? None of the l, p, cspline produce a near equivalent
meshed surface than the Mathcad built-in "scatter mesh". The built-in mesh is unknown to me
and research is not forecasted. Few more meshing methods could be explored ... welcome.
