Collition btween objects

What will be the speed, and the direction of two hockey players that collided after player 1 with a mass of 85kg moving towards east at a speed of 12m/s collides with another player with a mass of 90kg moving 45degrees south west at a speed of 15m/s??

You have to decide what sort of collision -- elastice, inelastic, or somewhere in between.

If you assume an inelastic collision then after the collision the two players become a single object with the combined masses. The momentum is just the sum (vector) of the momenta of the two original players. From that you can easily get the required velocity (again, as a vector).
