Converting Mathcad 15 worksheets in China

Looks like there's a way in China of converting Mathcad 15 spreadsheets to Maple

One of Maple Flow's claimed abilities is to convert Mathcad 15 so you do not need to be in China.

Why you want to leave Mathcad and move to Maple?

I'm using Mathcad and Maple Flow side by side, slowly (!!) learning teh new tool.

I probably shouldn't be answering this, but... Maplesoft advertises the "Mathcad Migration Assistant" not just in China, but everywhere else.

I have an interest, competitive research-wise, in understanding how that migration assistant works and also how they give it to Maple customers. They advertise it as an automated process but also something their team handles, so I'm wondering if it's an application that is freely available to customers without Maple employees having to do it for you.

Maplesoft posted this PDF available on maplesoft.com/products/mapleflow/migration-assistant/

Looking at the comparison, it seems still (at least for me) straightforward to use Mathcad over maple flow. For example if we look at programming, matrix column/rows definition, no summation and multiply symbols. But on the other hand, Maple flow is more powerful than Mathcad (15 and prime) in calculation processing capabilities. How shall we decide in such case? Whom to choose?

Why do you think that you need others t decide which software fits YOUR needs??

If you can afford it, try both and use for every project the one which fits best in your opinion.
