Creo toolkits startup error

Guys, I'm trying to make a linkage between Ansys Workbench and Creo Parametric 3.0. But this error keep on popping out. What should I do? URGENT!!

Hi,

open .dat file mentioned in error message in Notepad and check if it contains valid paths to files/directories. Correct paths if it is necessary.
