Divide sign line thickness

How do I set line thicknesses in equations?
Please see the attached PDF, this is the display I am getting using MC14, M011. Does the patch fix this problem?

That's definately an 'installation' problem, with such broad wide lines.

If you can, report it to PTC.

It may be a font issue.

Mona would proably be happy to recieve a sample mcd/xmcd file for checking if you are not able to post company worksheets.

Apparently you are using ms Cambria font, try to change default font to Times or any other more conventional.

Menu sequence is Format/Equation/ choose Variables / press Modify.

I've been away from the office, but if you are still having this problem, please do post the worksheet.

My guess is that it is a missing or corrupted font in your system. Try reinstalling the symbol font, which some people have had problems with.

If changing the font as Alvaro suggested, doesn't help, try reinstalling Mathcad.
