Install Error problem

I install Mathcad on my students labtops. Some of them get the error on the attach file. Whats the problem?

Not sure, but it may be because of a wrong version of MSXML - it has to be MSXML 4.0 SP2, not anything newer.

It seems you are trying to install in a 64 bit environment.

Generally you have to be aware that MC15 is not certified for Win7 or Win8 (which does not mean that it will not worl under those OSs).
