License install with OS rebuild

I have a PC with mathcad 11(still my favorite) that has slowed to a crawl, and I plan to completely rebuild the OS (XP pro) on it, prob. with a disk reformat to get a completely clean start. Is there a procedure to use the existing license/other file(s) when reinstalling, or do I inevitably need to contact PTC as part of this? I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but couldn't find it.

Which type of license you are using ("Locked" or "Floating")?

It's a single user license, so presumably classified as locked.

I think that at reinstallation Mathcad there should not be problems (considering, thus, that the program is put on the same computer on which was earlier and the MAC-address (network interface card) doesn't change).
