MathCAD 15 - Can't do 3-D Plotting

MathCAD 15, can't do 3-D plotting - gets a pop up which is a dead window. The widgett opens blank, hesitates, then opens.

What version of Mathcad 15 are you running and on what operating system?

Please provide an example worksheet.
