MathCad 15 Trial version installation

I have downloaded the trial version of Mathcad 15, bought a single user new license. PTC setup is running for a long time, but it seems like it is hanged at 75% installation progress......how long it takes to complete the installation? What should I do? Should I cancel the installation, and restart setup again? Thank you, Hawal
