I tried to download MC15 to my computer at work using a trial license. But when I request the license via internet, I have the following error:
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. Please check your PTC web account user name and password and try again. If this problem persists, please confirm that you can log in to your account directly on www.ptc.com. If you still cannot retrieve a license, please log a request using our Web Avvount Case Logger at http://www.ptc.com/support/feedback/web-account.htm .
But the support team would not help with trial license. They told me to open an Install Case Logger, but it the only trial it support (available for selection) is mathcad express.
Or the MC15 trial version is no long supported? and everyone must use MC Express?
