Mathcad Prime v8 still works with v9 license?

Hello,

 

I've seen this question asked previously but wanted to get some additional confirmation. We are planning to update our license file to allow Prime v9 to be deployed to our users. Will the updated license file for v9 still allow Prime v8 to run? Or will that run on Express mode and not have access to our license?

My license for Prime 9 allow Prime 8 to use full mode by same computer.

So I can copy and paste from 9 to 8 one by one.

You can try it on your computer.

    yes, I have them running side by side.  but as noted above, exercise caution since P9 is not downward compatible.  I made that mistake on a large sheet. This should be made clean in the installer.
