Matrix handling error

I use Prime 5 for a system of nested program modules. Normally it works, but im some cases an unexplainable error occurs with embedded matrices. Description in attached PDF-File.

Who has knowledge to solve this problem?

The Prime worksheet is needed to help you with this. A picture doe not suffice.

If you cannot disclose it in full (possibly for IP reasons) at least attach a Prime file that demonstrates the problem.
