Negative value of FRAME

Try animate
FRAME=
in Mathcad 14 at FRAME=-999 to 999 and see an error.
All was OK in Mathcad 11.
More.
We can set in Mathcad 11 FRAME=-9999 to 9999 (not 999)!

I have noticed, that to a FRAME -999 there corresponds number 429496297, -998 number 429496298 etc. I used it in the program.
