Pipeline Current requirement for anode calculation

I'm new to this and i'm not even sure if this is the right group to ask the question.

I am trying to come up with a program to calculate Current density requirement for different structures using DNV B401 current densities.

i've attached the mathcad sheet which expains it best...please help
