Plot curve in CREO

I would like to somehow export the curve from the MathCAD worksheet and import it into CREO.  It needs to be a curve with very fine resolution.

Thank you Vladimir for the response.  I was going through the examples there, and got stuck.  I attached my worksheet and I don't know if there is a problem with my variable or my function?  Also is there a way to import the IBL file to a desired coordinate system in the model and not just import it to the global coordinate system.
