I use Prime with a German Windows.
As I am used to Mathcad in the English flavor I use the command line switch "/culture:en-US" to run Prime in English, too. Nevertheless the help is still in German. I'd like the English help as well if I switch the software to English (as it is the case in MC15 and below).
When I install the software I have the option to install additional languages. The languages set in the Windows setting will be automativally selected and English is selected in any case (without the ability to deselect). So the English help is installed, too.
I know I can switch the help languange within the help itself and I know I can make that change permanent. But then I would have English help even then when I start Prime in German menu mode.
What I want is German help if I start the program "normally" and English help if I start it with "/culture:en-US" (I have an icon for each) - I would call that a normal behaviour having quite some logic or am I wrong?.
What can I do to get that?
I have on my tablet and on my PC two Prime - Russian and English and no problems.
PS
For me English and German are one languages with same little differences (ls-est, have-habe etc)
Again, I have two icons. One for German menus (and they partially look ghastly cut off) and one for English menus. I want the help to go along the language chosen. As far as i see I have to change the language of the help separately and it will stay the way set no matter if I start German or English Prime.
Is there a way to set this behaviour to a more logical and useful one?
