If you are proposing adding do, goto and loop as programming constructs, that is a step backward. The goto command can lead to programs that can't be readily analyzed. The others are adequately handled by for and while, in my opinion.

I know a lot of very usefull fortran programs with labels, and would like to put its in Mathcad without any big preparing.
