Regarding FFT

I am Working on a Satellite data, where information is stored in a Raw data exchange format .prd file, i have extracted the information in csv file where i got the I and Q data in decimal, now i wanted to apply fourier transform, power spectral density for getting the doppler. i am working on python can anyone help me regarding this...

Note that i have a large data set which is about 144crores but i have divided it into chunks..

I am very sorry to say but its not possible for me to share the data as my system will not allow..

Please give some suggestion for how to proceed and what to do with this In_phase and Quadrature_phase.

Make some data up. You don't have to give actual data.  But you also have to attach your mathcad so the forum members can get an idea where you need assistance. Also note that this is not a python forum. But this may help
