By trial (once) and (no) error:

so the OR symbol represents the addition operator +, and the AND symbol represents the multiplication symbol .

Or vice versa.

You should clearly indicate which are the operators and which are the variables. The problem, as it is written, is not understandable.!

Or is it a message for PTC?!?!

Mathcad can't solve for operators. I doubt any CAS can

Computer Assisted Symbolics, Computer Assisted Solver or Computer Algebra System (Computer algebra system - Wikipedia).

Applications such as Mathcad, Maple, Mathematica, Maxima, Matlab, MathStudio and Mupad.
