Strange moving Table

I have inserted a Table in Mathcad Prime 4.0. If I select this table and want to move it within the sheet (select it twice to make it blue) the Table jumps to a region some 100 pages further down.

Am I doing something wrong?

Prime has many GUI bugs.  I have submitted multiple case records on this.  Screen jumping around is not unusual; infact it's common. PTC doesn't seem to care. It does seem to happen most when I have collapsible areas.  Not sure if avoiding those is an option but it might help.  

All I can suggest is to take a video of it and report it.  Maybe it will gather attention, finally.
