failure to plot
I see by your profile you're not new. I assume that you know enough to assign a point type to the trace for the single point.
Shown in 11, works in all.

It seems this has to do with the reverse order on your ordinata-axis. It goes up from 15 to 12. If you change that running from 12 to 15 you see your point - at least half of it.

That is a known bug in MC14.
