I can't open Mathcad Prime 3.

I suffered a power cut.

I tried many times and it fails.

I've reinstalled the program and the problem is there.

How can I solve the problem?

Could there be an incompatibility with the operating system.

Contact PTC customer support.

If you don't have support, you're probably using the Express version: Install Prime 3.1 Express.
