Area Settings in Time Loss Analytics not Loading

Hi,

I''m trying to use DPM and Analytics, thingworx and extensions are 9.6.
When opening the Area Settings under administration page, after selecting an area from the tree, nothing is loaded.

The configuration data is the sample excel sheet provided on the import tool extension for DPM.

I've done the configuration provided on the Help Center.
Is there any additional configuration needed additional to those on the mentioned page of help center?
The error logs and pictures attached.

@VR_4000 ,

Can you confirm that your ThingWorx Analytics Server is up and running, as well as configured to connect to ThingWorx Platform using its Analytics Adaptor GatewayThing?

If yes, are you able to create a dataset via ThingWorx Analytics Builder data upload mashup?

The error message in ErrorLog.log is providing the following:

2024-09-26 00:00:03.051+0000 [L: ERROR] [O: E.c.q.l.c.Logger] [I: ] [U: SuperUser] [S: ] [P: ] [T: DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-4] Failed to initialize archiving for analysis service framework :
2024-09-26 00:06:01.681+0000 [L: ERROR] [O: E.c.q.l.c.Logger] [I: ] [U: ] [S: ] [P: ] [T: pool-13-thread-1] Unable to retrieve license from FNO server because fnoauth.ptc.com:443 failed to respond

and inthe ApllicationLog:

2024-09-26 12:19:25.885+0000 [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.w.Things] [I: ] [U: Administrator] [S: ] [P: ] [T: http-nio-8081-exec-4] Execution error in service script [GetPipelineSchedule] :: This operation failed to execute. Please contact your administrator. (FormatDateTime#10)

To me this looks like that Analytics is not running or connected to ThingWorx Platform so DPM is unable to establish a pipeline.
