PTC.FactoryConsole.DataTable Localized Data table entires

Hello,

Using thingworx 9 and Manufacturing apps 9.0.0.0-1.

We ran into some Data table entry issue, When we access the Factory Console mashup we only see one tile which is the Thingworx composer tile. After further drilling down to the source Data Table we found there is a localized data table that is being used to display the tiles. Using the mashup functionality on the data table itself we do see all the entries in the data table but when I run the service GetDataTableEntiresLocalized there is only 3 entries in the table. Not sure how to access and correct this, Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @nkhoja ,

It seems like a license or permission issue.

For the licensing, can you please check you licensing subssystem and make sure it have valid features like twx_mfg_common, twx_mfg_common_named, twx_prd_adv, twx_prd_adv_named, twx_asst_adv, twx_asst_adv_named in it.

For the permission, can you try logging with Administrator user into composer and open PTC.FactoryConsole mashup from the composer itself.
