Hi,
We are planning to upgrade ThingWorx 9.3.5 + CWC 3.1.0 to version 10.1.
The OS user who originally installed ThingWorx is no longer with the company.
Is there an official workaround to allow a new user to run the upgrade installer? or are we forced to perform a manual upgrade?
Best Regards,
Tomer.

Hello @TomerH ,
I am not sure what qualifies as official. You want to need to move or recreate the information which was stored in the User account which did the initial install. I have attached 2 articles. The first if you have access to the account which did the install. The other shows you what you need to do to recreate the missing information.
Please let me know what questions you might have.
