Clock symbol in front of a note
Does somebody know what it means if there is a clock symbol in front of a note?
When there is a clock symbol in front of a dimension or annotation this means it's missing a reference, but this note doesn't have a reference (placed flat to screen).

Here is the article - "Annotations appears with a Time/watch icon/symbol in the Model Tree in Creo Parametric 4.0 M080": https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS309334

I found that article, but like I said this article is about annotations and shows that the clock symbol is because the placement reference is missing. As this is a note, there is no placement reference so this reference can't be missing.
