Hi All & @slangley
While I too encountered the same issues in loading the .png's, the provider was unable to recreate the issue. I just went back to verify on the examples we provided, and the .png's are now loading correctly.........
Can you please let me know if you continue to encounter this error?
Thank you!
Leigh
Yes, I thought it was just me. I am seeing this problem also. Thanks for reporting this.
Hi everyone,
I can reproduce this too both in the linked posts and with a test post. We will surface this up to the forums software provider as it appears to be a bug.
Hi All,
Please be advised that I have submitted a case with our platform provider and will advise on status.
Regards
Leigh

Working for me now. It definitely was not the other day...
Just yesterday I had to download the attachment here https://community.ptc.com/t5/Part-Modeling/How-to-create-a-custom-hole-definition-from-a-sketched-hole-SAE/m-p/647444 but today it opened as expected.
I attached it to this reply just to see.
Both .jpg's and .png's are working for me as well.
Thanks for your follow-up on this issue.
