Hello, I am unable to reply to comments on my post in PTC Community.Each time I try to submit a reply, an error message appears: “Something’s going wrong.”This issue occurs consistently and prevents me from posting replies.I have already tried the following:- Using a different browser (Chrome / Edge)- Clearing browser cache- Removing special characters from the text However, the issue still persists.Could you please investigate this issue? Hello community managerI’m customer success manager in PTC Japan.Can PTC employees submit product ideas on behalf of customers?I’ve been asked to raise improvement requests for a product, but the customer finds it difficult to do so themselves due to the language barrier and other reason.

I do like the new infinite scroll instead of pagination, but I would like it to be smooth and fetch threads while I’m scrolling instead of clicking each time on “Show More Activity” button.

Hello,I have a couple of questions regarding my past activity before the recent site renovation.First, where can I see the "Ideas" I submitted previously? Currently, I can only find one topic under "My Profile" > "Topics," though I had posted more.Additionally, I would like to know where I can see the Topics which I subscribed to before the renovation.I would appreciate it if you could explain how to find these.Regards,

@vnamboodheri I have to say your website is really bad. It wastes me at least 0.5 hour and no result. After half an hour of retry post the new idea, it still fail to post. I wonder why you can’t post the new idea for me in your website if you are a staff of CodeBeamer.The screen shot of my post is as below. But it don’t have any feedback after clicking “Create”.  Why it doesn’t give any prompt if I miss something? 

Came across a post with a broken attachment. Of course I can’t say if its a victim of the current migration from Khoros to Gains?? The migration appears to have severely corrupted all posts containing embedded images. These images are now often only available and displayed in a reduced size and no longer enlarge when clicked.In principle, however, Gainsight does offer this feature, where images are stored in a larger format displayed in smaller size and then enlarge to full size when clicked.So the problem here isn’t that Gainsight is inferior, but rather an issue caused by an improper migration.My suspicion is that during the migration, only the smaller resized image files that Khoros used for display in the thread were transferred, and not the original image files in their original size.As long as the data from the old Khoros forum is still available, you should urgently save the larger images and attach them to the posts in Gainsight the correct way so that they can be displayed there in a reasonably readable (original) size when clicked.There are many threads and posts where the response consisted solely of sc

When I did a search in the community for my last name, it returned 280+ results. When I went to cycle through the pages to get to additional topics, it would only show me the same 10 results, even though the page number at the bottom was changing.

On (2) recent topics I used the translation button on the top right of the page. The first time, the title and the contents were translated.   On the post below, only the title was translated not the body of the post.    

The New community site has way too many bugs.  When you click on a topic it takes to you a blank page to fill in a message.Remove the 80 Character Barrier for String Parameters And the formatting of the screen is awful.   Everything is way too small and too disorganized.  The UI is not at all user friendly. Worst upgrade I have EVER seen.

No, this new look is more modern, but a terrible waste of real-estate. Please make sure that each topic consumes less space on the screen.   And why can't I paste a picture? And how do I get the body of a topic showing?   The attachment shows what I get to asee about this topic.     Luc

We are aware of an issue some users are having posting some attachments. We expect a solution soon but, in the meantime, posting attachments as .zip files appears to be an effective workaround. I will post updates here as we receive them. Thanks for your patience!

I'm unsure if the Mathcad or Community Feedback board is the better place for this request.   I noticed @DJNewman has raised a subscript/superscript button request for the Communities (thanks, Dave 👍).  That got me thinking about a more Mathcad-specific requirement that *should* be easier to implement than MathML/Mathjax/Mathwhatever ...   Could PTC please add Mathcad Unimath Prime to the Community's available fonts?   Although there are several Roman fonts under the Font dropdown, Unimath is designed explicitly for Mathcad and the appearance of Mathcad Math expressions could be more faithfully rendered by having this font available.   Stuart   https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Community-Feedback/Request-for-Subscript-Superscript-Text-Formatting-Buttons/m-p/978091

Would it be possible to add the little eye ball (i.e. show what you have typed) behind the password portion of the login to the community. So many times I fat finger the keyboard (or have my cap locks on - Creo Habit), but you cannot click on the "show me what I have typed" icon before hitting the enter key.

When you are on a page with a new post and the page automatically brings the post up to the bottom of the thread, could there also be a translation icon at the bottom of the page (for translating the whole post) from the bottom.      

Also add a subcategory. For instance has Cero many stuff that is separated.I am using very often help regarding MACHINING/Manufactung.Now I use the Filters, but still.. much Stuff I do not need is showed there.. because I can not filter for only machining/manufacturing.So a category with all those sub-categories that are in the "Help" already could also applied here.Look here: It is all under Creo right now.. And then there would be still many subcategories..BUT if you use less than 6 phrases, it really uses an AND concatenation.if you put it into: >"this would" machining< it is looking for the exact phrase AND machining in one thread.

We are aware of a bug which prevents attaching PRT files to community posts. We are waiting for a fix from the community platform vendor.   In the meantime, you can use a ZIP file to attach PRT files. We will post any updates here.

Would it be possible to add another header/filter underneath the group sub-heading? Sometimes posts are moved from one category to another and may get buried in the transition if they are 5+ days old.

The email asks if I would like to not receive emails from PTC Community to "click here" This website is representative of the help one would expect to receive Tired of trying to find the correct place to post this and I know the mods care more about looking like they are doing a good job over actually providing any sort of real solution.  That being said I expect it to be deleted.  Spent 45 minutes trying to find where to post and the frustration won, ptc won. They have received the payment and will not be taking any calls.  

We should have subscript / superscript text formatting buttons for Community posts that add <sub></sub> / <sup></sup> tags, respectively, to a selected piece of text. This would work similarly to existing shortcut buttons like Bold and Italics. It would probably be part of the extended toolbar.   This would be particularly useful on the Mathcad board.

When entering a search on the forum, you can add various filters.   When you chose "author", there is a drop down arrow. Could you make the author of the search for the post (myself) automatically the first drop down for this category? Sometime when trying to help others, I remember either a comment I made on someone else's post or a question I posted some time ago.
