Faulty Search

While trying to find out how to notify the moderator to move a post and the following search was done: Move, Author=Jaime_Lee

(To move notify the moderator)

The results return back nothing:

But if you look at the link on how to notify the moderator to move a subject there is an post by Jaime_Lee with the word "Move" in it. So why is there not results found?

You're searching in the Creo category.  It's not there.  It's in the PTC Community Information Center.  Drop the "Creo" criteria and you will find it.
