It looks like you are just responding with standard messages to threads that aren't marked as solved.
This gives a very unprofessional impression, especially in this case where:
• the question of the original poster is pretty clear as it was previously rated by you as 'well documented'.
• the question is obviously not answered, and should actually be answered by a PTC employee, maybe a sales rep.
Instead of that, you could have found a colleague, that can actually answer this question.
