No more Performance Advisor board?

What happened to the PA community board?  It is not listed in the MENU anymore.  The MENU has been updated recently.

Performance Advisor for Windchill seems to be here now:

Interesting but I have no idea how to get there.  That path doesn't exist in the MENU structure.
