404 error for software downloads

Trying to access the download and installation instructions for creo 3.0 and I'm getting a 404 error message.

Same problem here. When I try to follow the 2.0 pdf to get to the download page and then was gonna select the 3.0 to download, I get the error that I do not have "Customer Service Access". But the pdf is still needed to get the license key.

I followed the new link and found the student key within. I put it in and got the "success" message. The program now opens and immediately a warning message comes up:

"License request failed for feature. Invalid feature name: [FEATURE_NAME]

Is this related to the key? Since the key wasn't initially working, I installed the program first and input the key afterwords. I am having the same issue on my laptop. Do I need to unistall/reinstall and start over?

Regarding the 404 error- I would recommend clearing your browser's history, then trying the link below:
