I was using Creo  education edition V12 and installed V13 but get error license not valid? How can i get the license key for Creo  education edition V13 ?

Hello, anytime I Start creo using CAD Start I encounter this back screen in the visual window, I have tried to fix it by changing path or my computers GPU settings but it has not worked yet, would anyone of you know how to fix this?

Hello everyone, I’m trying to install PTC Creo Student but I’m getting an error and I’m not sure what the problem is.The error message says:“Installation failed. Please check the installation log file for more information. You can restart the failed application installation or click Exit to close the installer.”Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how I can fix it?Thank you! 

Hello PTC Academic Support,I am a university student trying to install and use Creo Parametric 13 through my PTC Education/University license.During the License Identification step, when I enter my educational product code and click Install Licensing, I receive the following error:“You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type.”I understand that the maximum number of license requests associated with my product code has been reached. However, I would like to clarify that I have never actually been able to successfully activate, launch, or use Creo with this license.I had to reinstall and reconfigure Creo several times while trying different versions and troubleshooting the installation and licensing issues. Although these attempts appear to have counted toward the license request limit, I was never able to successfully use the application.I have also checked:C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensingand there is currently no license file available because the

I have downloaded the student version of Creo 12 and upon opening Creo Parametric I get the following error message: Error codes 21 and 5 show up. How do I resolve this issue? Please help 

I created a ptc account with my school email addres. Tried logging in into the MAthcad programm but that didnt work. So i tried with my private email(@gmail) obiously the license key i got from my school does only work on my school email. now i am having problems logging in into Mathcad and the programm doesent even work. Only the Mathcad Setupwizard works. What can you do? Maybe delete all of my information so i can clean restart and create a new account with my school email and try again?

Hello PTC Education Support,We are trying to register students for Creo University Edition, but the registration form rejects valid university email addresses from two Taiwanese universities:National Taiwan University of Science and Technology: @mail.ntust.edu.twMing Chi University of Technology: @mail2.mcut.edu.twBoth email systems are active, and the students can log in to their university mailboxes successfully. Hallo, ich habe kürzlich einen PTC Education Account erstellt, um Creo 13 kostenlos als Schüler zu nutzen. Beim Versuch, über den Installer oder my.ptc.com/licensing/dashboard eine Node-Locked-Lizenz zu generieren, bekomme ich die Meldung “Access Denied-Insufficent Privileges” (fehlende berechtigungen: “License Managment Reporting” und “License Managment Licensing”). Hello. the educational license provides a non restricted number of licenses where all feature are available (also TOOLKIT/ObjectToolkitCpp) .but  Creo Parametric TOOLKIT/Object TOOLKIT C++ applications COULD NOT be unlocked with an educational version license.can educational version license uses Creo Parametric TOOLKIT/Object TOOLKIT C++ applications?

Good day, I'm trying to activate my Student Edition of Creo 13.4, but shortly after I click on "Install License" and login into my account, he tells me that it was succesful, but also that the license is an invalid file or has an invalid format, what makes it impossible to click on "Next".I tried it several times, disabled all kind of firewalls, rebootet, deleted the license folder, nothing works.Any ideas?Silva, Marcio

We are a FTC team based in London formed last year and looking to improve our skills and be more competitive for next season. A PTC mentor would be really helpful as we have switched to using OnShape and feel that more CAD support and overall engineering design feedback would be really useful. I’ve checked the website however I’m not sure how to get in touch with a PTC mentor so does anyone know if I have to email or contact anyone specifically?

Am installing a single use version of Mathcad. Never received a product code so I cannot get past this step. I have scoured my emails from PTC and searched everywhere on the website that I can access to no avail. Thoughts would be welcome!

Hello,I was using Creo Parametric 10.0.9.0 (standard version) with an Academic license.Recently, I received a notification that my license was about to expire, so I reinstalled Creo and tried to activate it again. However, I found that my Academic license is no longer available, and I cannot use it anymore.I have already requested a new Academic license, but it is still being processed.I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. Is this a temporary problem with the PTC licensing system, or is it only affecting my account?Any information or shared experiences would be appreciated.Thank you!

Hi, I created a PTC.com Academic Account and downloaded Creo 12 University Edition. When I try to generate a node-locked license in the Installation Assistant ("Node Locked License Generation"), I'm redirected to my.ptc.com/licensing/dashboard and get the error "Access denied – insufficient privileges". I did not receive any Sales Order Number (SON) by email, only the account confirmation email. How can I get my academic license activated?My Host ID is: 4E-23-38-06-80-1FThank you!

I have the Creo Education license and my simulate tab is greyed out. How to solve this.

In a n assembly, I want to edit a part with all the rest visible. So I click 'Activate' and make my changes. I cannot find a way to 'deactivate' and go back to normal assembly mode, though. The only way I have found is to save everything, close creo completely, and reopen. How do I Deactivate?
