one of mine PTC community mentor told me, that precisionlms.ptc.com is a great informations source. But l can´t login in anyway and don´t know how to obtain access to this source.

It's only available free to K-12 schools.  They get a Schools account which lets them log in here:

l´m an engineer in commercial company, have l any chance to login?

K-12 refers to students and teachers in middle and high school ages 9 - 18.

As a commercial user you can access the equivalent of PLMS called PTC University by subscription from the company you purchase Creo from.
