Can not open Creo 4.0 Student setup.exe

My problem is i can not open a downloaded setup.exe (neither setup-school.exe and setup-trial.exe). Also Help centre setup can not be opened. Problem isnt download issue or pc issue (every other instalation exe file works fine). So my question is Are there any other instalation options for student or how can i open it ?
PS: administrator permissions are allowed

try putting the files in a folder which it's path consists of english letters only, one word folder is preferable.

like "C:\PTC\<files here>"

Couldnt istanll creo extracted from .zip file
Opened .zip file with Winrar
Installed (open setup.exe) directy from .zip file
hour later creo installed

I can not run the setup file from winRAR, when extracted and even just opening the zip file with windows explorer. Tried with admin and without. User account settings open, I press yes, it loads for 3 seconds and than nothing. even tried downloading the installer again, same thing. Do you have any other advice?
