Cannot enter my Product Code the text box is inactive

I am having an issue with the simple liscense entry because it is greyed out and I cannot put the product code in. I disabled all firewall/anti-virus, but am still not able to put in the product code.

I tried what this link reccomended but this is for creo 2, so I'm stuck.  Any advice on what to do?

Hi,

my suggestion is ... create new admin account, login as new admin user and launch installation.
