Downloading creo

Hello, my name is Riley White, I am a student and am having trouble with downloading creo. I have a license for the full version, but when i downloaded it, I didn't have the option to type the license in. So i only have the trial version of creo parametric. After trying different things i got a window to pop up that allowed me download creo simulate with my license. But i still do not have the full version of creo parametric.

Have you followed the installation guide? If you installed the trial, it means that you installed using the setup-trial exe, instead of the setup.exe.

Please run setup.exe and select reconfigure existing software and in the licensing window use the product code you got, then finish the installation.
