How do I transfer my student license from my desktop to my laptop?

I have a student license and put Mathcad on my desktop. I'm realizing now it will only be useful on my desktop unless I can get all of my fellow students to pile into my computer room.

The problem with having a student ptc account is that I don't have access to their tech support for this kind of help, or at least haven't found the correct path to tech support.
