I have a problem with my PTC creo licence

I have a problem with my PTC creo licence. I am a student and I bought the licence from the university page but I put my personal email instead of my student one, and also I bought the PTC Creo 10 licence, instead of the Creo 11. Now I can't have the PTC Creo with my student license, it's only a testing version, so there aren't some tools I need for my university homework.
