MathCad Installation issue

I am an university student and I bought Mathcad (SON - 3487781). I am not able to download the software through the link provided in my 'Software/eLearning Order Fulfillment Letter'. Please help me.

I purchased MathCad student Software. I have already created user account.  I downloaded the software but I am not able activate it.  I am not sure that what do I need to activate the product.  

I need help.
