We have trouble uploading files to Windchill. We were able to do that in the last two years. I was told the old accounts are not automatically switched over to the latest version so last Saturday I created a new account as the mentor and start fresh. The instructions said I will get an email with instructions what to do to setup the project but I did not see anything. Who do I call? Who can help me? It just seems to go into a black hole.
