I downloaded the Pro-E zip file from the "Getting Started" webpage and I have watched the video on installing the program. When I was installing the license server (obtained via completing the survey on the PTC website) the installation was at 99% when the program crashed. I tried to run the software again but this time it crashed before installation even began. Thinking the license server install might have been successful, I tried to run the install for the Pro-E client and once again the setup.exe program crashed. I am running it as an administrator. I am currently re-downloading the entire package from the email I received after I completed the survey. Perhaps I am overlooking some item, making some mistake. Please advise!
