Problem help!

Im having a problem with this CREO to download it. Im a student of Solski center Skofja Loka and i like to download creo with my another accound but once before was allready registered. I want to ban me or somethink and i will register again with my acc -.

I cant create a new profile because i have register my email allreay in my school TNX. Sub me back
