Problem help!

Im having a problem with this CREO to download it. Im a student of Solski center Skofja Loka and i like to download creo with my another accound but once before was allready registered. I want to ban me or somethink and i will register again with my acc -.

I cant create a new profile because i have register my email allreay in my school TNX. Sub me back

Please submit a support request at http://www.ptc.com/go/academic-support. We will need information regarding the software version and license type you are trying to install, the link you are using to download, etc.
