Problems Installing ProEngineer Schools Edition

Hi, I have just downloaded the free version of pro engineer schools edition (from the ptc website). Now that it's downloaded, I've tried installing it and when the files are being extracted it comes up with a message saying that there is an error executing the specified programmed and therefore it will not install. Is this a common problem? Any suggestion of how to get around this?

    I had a simialr problem when installing form the PTC academy site. Best advice i can give in not to use a wireless connection as you dont download the software rather intsall it from the PTC server, and if you lose connection during this it comes up with an error during install. I found best time to install is overnight as ther seems to be less usage.
