I've recently installed the student version of Creo 2.0 M020. For the first few days everything worked as planned, but now I am unable to launch the application because of error 0x0000005: "Creo Parametric is shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent, which is required in this edition."
I have tried uninstalling and reconfiguring the software multiple times, with the same results. Initially I thought the problem arose because the Quality Agent was being installed in the wrong directory (C:/Program Files (x86)), but I have tried unsuccessfully in multiple locations. I am able to run the Quality Agent, although nothing happens when I try to send a report.
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and I currently have Pro/E Wildfire 5.0 installed on the same machine.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
