Registration failure on Creo 3.0/4.0 Student Edition

I am a student from Maharashtra, India requiring to download the Free Student Edition of Creo for Second Year Engineering Study (SE) purpose.

Sadly the registration form is not accepting my phone number(showing it as invalid) and hence I am not able to register thereby not able to download the software. Please guide me.
