i installed creo 3.0 and when i open the program report error: PTC Creo Parametric Student Edition is shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent which is required in this edition. Report error 0x06000012.

go to Programs and Features list and check whether PTC Diagnostic Tools item is installed.
